In November 2016, W&M Fire Protection\u2019s second headquarters expansion was completed, adding some much needed 863 sq. ft. of office space and 570 sq. ft. of warehouse space to its existing lease in Hawthorne NY, and bringing the totals to 3304 sq. ft. of office space and 2632 sq. ft. of warehouse space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While\nthe first expansion completed in 2013 was prompted by the growth of the\ninspection and service division, the second one was spurred by an overall\ngrowth in the company, and demand for more design and management workforce. The\nnew space allowed for additional offices, equipment room, conference room and\nkitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W&M Fire Protection is grateful for the opportunity to expand without having to relocate from its current address in Hawthorne which is centrally located at the junction of the Sprain, Saw Mill River and Bronx River Parkways, within walking distance of the Hawthorne Metro North stop on the Harlem line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
